Over two decades, he collaborated closely with real estate developers, providing expertise in financing, marketing, and sales, earning recognition as an award winning industry expert.

In 2007, Ramzi expanded his global footprint by leading the planning and international marketing of a 3 million square meter residential complex. His efforts spanned key markets including Singapore, Dubai, China, Hong Kong, and the United States, where he played a critical role in positioning the project for success.

In 2021, Ramzi relocated to Northern Virginia, where he obtained licenses in both mortgage and real estate sales, further expanding his capabilities in the U.S. market.

In 2023, with his partners Nina Levine and Chuck Levine, he co founded VINARA International in Dubai a boutique investment advisory firm dedicated to delivering bespoke services and turnkey investment solutions to high net-worth individuals.
